Meet Varun

Varun is the founder of Lead Off!, an entrepreneur, a leader, a certified coach and most of all, a learner. Varun’s philosophy is never to stop learning and, more important, to share those learnings with others.

In 2006, Varun made a life-changing decision to uproot himself from India and settle in Australia. Since then, he has worked alongside over 120 managers and supervisors, hired and trained over 1200 staff and with every person he’s ever met, he’s learnt a new life lesson.

While working with these people, Varun realised that many of these young and new managers were appointed in these positions and expected to learn on the way. Not only that but managers were also expected to lead their teams and display authority. They might even be expected to manage performance and coach or motivate their teams. However, without adequate training, this can be daunting. While learning on the job is one way of gaining knowledge, having the right resources makes the job easier and faster.

Lead Off! is his way of sharing the lessons he’s learnt on the way. With his no BS approach to Personal development and success, he aims to leave people a little better than when they first got introduced to him. With a post graduate degree, several leadership courses, and a certification in life coaching under his belt, he knows a thing or two about positive leadership and personal development. However, Lead Off! is not only about business and leadership. Through Lead Off! Varun aims to share some of the very important life lessons that he has learnt on the way.
